Custom Unit Policy 



Measurements are YOUR responsibility. Incorrect measurements can lead to your unit not fitting which will not be my responsibility. Having your hair flat under your wig is very important and measurements should be taken while your hair is flat as well. There is a measuring chart provided below. 

It is highly recommend to watch YouTube videos if you need more of a visual to complete your measurements properly.

If a unit doesn’t fit due to incorrect measurements given, we will offer to reconstruct the unit for a $80 FEE to recreate the unit. If your unit does not fit this will not result in a refund. Please be sure to obtain your measurements properly.

Units are created from what is given to me.


For any custom colored unit, when being replicated the color will be close but not exact I will try my best to give you exactly what you're asking for. 


Business days are Monday - Friday. 

For custom units please allow 7-14 business days for processing time. 

Shipping please allow 3-5 business days.

Services with color included will take an additional 3 business days.

 To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.


Tracking does take longer to get updated due to the pandemic and limited resources of the postal office. If your tracking has not been updated after 7 business days please contact us for further support. We are NOT responsible for delays caused by USPS. 


If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Saditty Riches Hair does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If you do not choose shipping that includes insurance there will be no chance of partial compensation from Saditty Riches Hair OR The United States Postal Office .

Saditty Riches is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.


Please check your tracking information for shipping updates before contacting us for updates.



Rush Orders

We do offer rush orders meaning your custom unit can be placed at the top of the list for an additional fee. 

Rush orders processing time will be cut down by 7 business days BEFORE shipping. ( please be sure to know the current processing time frame)

Rush shipping ONLY cuts down your processing time not the shipping time. 






To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase along with the order and tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.


NO REFUNDS will be made if damage occurred by customer or stylist.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
